We are Colin & Emily, a married couple moving from Portland, Oregon to the Bay Area and looking for a place to rent. We own our home in Portland and so we know first-hand that finding responsible tenants is the biggest challenge of being a landlord. As such, we put together this site to help you get to know us a little bit better.
We both graduated from Stanford University and have been in Portland for the past five years while Emily has been completing medical school. We are moving back to the Bay Area so she can begin her pediatrics residency at Stanford Medical Center in several months.
Colin has worked for several technology start-ups and is currently a technical consultant for Jama Software. He is looking forward to getting back to Silicon Valley and has plans to eventually start his own company.
